"After about a week of researching I decided on this little gem. Upon my arrival I was very happy I took the time to find this. The cottage felt like it was in the middle of the woods, very relaxing sitting on the porch. There were trees all around the house, a nice little waterfall in the back and a nice view of the pond in the front. A shopping mall was a few miles away and has everything you need. Great restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay here again."

"Met with lifelong friends for the weekend. Weather was beautiful, so we were able to enjoy the backyard space. Your cottage was a perfect central location for us since we came from different states. "This is a great house in a great location for inter-generational guests. We had two sets of elderly grandparents who needed private bathrooms and limited stairs. There are three wonderful large bedrooms on the main floor, 2 with their own bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is connected so you can cook and still be part of the action. The third floor was great for our teenage/adult children. "My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. Having said that, it's a great, quiet location by a lovely stream. Not as nice as expected, but...

"The home was neat, clean, decorated nicely and had most everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Back bedroom had a very comfy bed, and was dark & cool, perfect for recovery sleeping. Older neighborhood but peaceful and quiet, easy access to downtown and close to friends that live in the area."

"I come here when my daughter has appointments at the childrens hospital. We live 3 hours away, and it is comfy and furnished. Will be back soon!! The only downfall is the $30 per night parking. It would be nice if you could pay $ 30 per visit, weather that be 1 night or 5 consecutive nights"
