"Decent hotel. Great location - right off of the popular and touristy Gran Via street. The apartment had large floor to ceiling windows which were extremely good at soundproofing. However, due to the location in a very busy area of town, some sound still managed to come inside. This is a price you pay for the great location. Overall, a decent hotel at a great location."

Good breakfast The views were not as promised - patio was not really a patio but a tiny balcony with view of the internal yard and windows from other units Elevator was broken the last day so had to wait for another elevator more than 15 min each time The room was generally very nice and the bathroom/shower very big Could not figure out how to make TV work.
