Beautiful apartment and very convenient location. But the sofa bed had large brown stains and the sofa bed sheet also had large yellow stains. Had to get the house keeping to change the bed sheet before it is usable. The shower door should be fixed to stop water leak.

Not that clean. Only one elevator was working at a time even though there were two. Bad communication about facility.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a fantastic stay. Spacious and clean. We were a party of 4 and the 2 bedroom was perfect. 2 adults 2 kids. It felt very safe and there was someone always at the lobby. Will definitely stay here again when in Madrid.
