I booked last minute due to change in flight itinerary. Very easy and quick to book. Friendly staff that spoke English. Restaurant open until midnight. Breakfast included. Clean, safe hotel and free airport shuttle which was a must for me.

A very nice hotel! With free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport helps a lot. Location is near the airport. Our room is clean and spacious. Will recommend this hotel.

We used it for airport access but I think the Taxi cost was excessive to go there from the airport. 23 Euros and it took the shuttle about half the time to return us back to the airport. I would have taken the shuttle to the hotel but my cell phone was inactive.

Clean, nice hotel closer to the airport. We selected the hotel because of the free Shuttle, but Shuttle FROM the airport was difficult to get and ended up paying a taxi. Return shuttle was worth it. Restaurant had horrible service, and there is very little within short walking distance. I would stay again if need be, for the price it was a good, clean, quiet hotel.

The Hotel Nuevo Boston is a nice hotel near to the Madrid airport. It is only 5 minutes from the airport and they have a free shuttle, which is super convenient and efficient. They also have a restaurant that is open until midnight so you can have dinner upon arrival and also breakfast in the morning. Very friendly service.

It was modern, immaculate, the restaurant was very nice, the breakfasts suburb!, close to the airport......however, it was a distance from the heart of the city. Cabs were the only option.

Very clean. Difficult to get into if you have a normal sized car. Parking lot is tight and very expensive. Gym is a joke. The restaurant prices are insane!! Average hotel overall.

The hotel is located near the airport and the day offer a shuttle pick up. Is it great for the late arrivals however make sure you call them when you need a shuttle pick up because it is unclear from the description as to how it’s done. The room and bathroom were clean, Spacious and quiet. The staff was nice. The dining in the hotel is not very good. Overall, I would stay there again for the first. The convenience of the airport location

The room was hot, air conditioning did not work. Motion sensor lights in hallways made us feel unsafe as most of the hallway in front and behind was dark. The lights in front of our room even turned off before we got into our room.

We had to book a room with just a few hours and they were able to accommodate us quickly, they let us in our room earlier as well. They brought us the menu for the room service to our room, loved the food. They had transportation shuttle to the airport which was very convenient for us.

We booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport and it did not disappoint. Our room on the fourth floor was very quiet and extremely clean. There were blackout curtains at the window, so the room was very conducive to a good nights sleep, which we sorely needed before an early departure flight the next morning. Also, the hotel offered the services of a free shuttle to the airport. All we had to do, was give the front desk a time for pick up. The shuttle arrived on time and the driver was courteous. We had no problem catching our flight.

We stayed one night before our flight. The restaurant food was great. Having a shuttle to the airport in the morning was fantastic.

Good size room and large bathrooms but had trouble getting the air conditioning to cool the room and pillows were rather thin. Waited around 40 minutes for the airport shuttle to the hotel, apparently just missed the previous one so got unlucky but also wrongly assumed it would be more frequent. Also only one person working at check in when the shuttle arrived so had to wait in a queue to get our room keys. Shuttle back to the airport was good as it departs the hotel at set times (on the hour).
