"I recently had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Vistana, and I can't wait to share my experience. From the moment we arrived, the resort made an excellent impression. The suites are spacious and perfectly suited for a big family with little kids, providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. One of the highlights of our stay was the kids' pool. It was a hit with our children, offering a fun and safe environment for them to splash around and enjoy themselves. The resort's location is another significant advantage, being conveniently close to the Disney theme parks. This made our daily trips to the parks easy and stress-free, allowing us to maximize our time enjoying the attractions. Our check-in experience was seamless, thanks to Hassan. He ensured the process was comfortable and quick, and his extensive knowledge of the area was incredibly helpful. Hassan provided us with excellent recommendations for dining and activities, which enhanced our stay even further. Additionally, Toni in customer service was a delight to interact with. She was always helpful and kind, addressing any queries we had with a smile and ensuring our stay was as pleasant as possible. Overall, our time at the Sheraton Vistana was wonderful. The resort offers great amenities, comfortable and spacious suites, and exceptional service from the staff. If we ever stay in Orlando again, this is undoubtedly the hotel we will choose.
