"We saw this hotel had a rating in the 7s, but our (king) bed was very comfortable and the fireplace worked great. The front desk staff were helpful. If you’re expecting a resort upscale stay, this isn’t it, but we came for a hiking trip and every day when we stopped in for a refresh the room was very nicely cleaned. The furniture is very basic (the 2 chairs weren’t super comfortable but were fine, and the bed was extremely comfortable- I chose to sit on the bed to eat my “grab n go” breakfast). The lodge seems to be an older building which has been re-done (again, not fancy or impressive), but it’s clean and comfortable. It’s also right across from some of the ski lifts (canyon lodge?) and you can take the free gondola to “the village” (the local shopping/dining outdoor mall) which gives you a view of the valley (only runs in the mornings). So if you want fancy, this isn’t for you, but if you just want a comfy bed, hot shower, view of the mtns and a place to pit-stop while enjoying nature, this place checks the boxes. 👍"

"Great location! Staff was friendly. Luggage trolleys made available for easy transport. Pool and spa kept neatly. Unit was perfect size. Plenty drawer space. Shower had 2 shampoo bottles, but good thing we brought our own conditioner. Didn’t bother us much (I notifed the clerk upon checkout). Kitchen was stocked nicely with everything we needed. TV had ample channels and option to login streaming apps. Only issues we had was intermittent wifi, but overall would stay here again. Just know that no skis/snowboards are allowed in any unit. They offer complimentary lockers as well as shuttle service (during evenings) to/from Village."
