“I didn’t appreciate the long contract of rules i had to sign only to find dated stained carpet upon my entry. All flooring and furniture coverings leaves much to be desired. I needed to ask a question about my reservation but got a message it was “ after hours” (Friday at 11am) and dont bug anyone unless there is an emergency. Microwave didn’t work. Kitchen light went out. Remote batteries for tv were dead or gone. The two hot tubs and pool area was nice. Unless you have a “ touch” feature on……

“I liked the location. I didn’t like that there was used Kleenex under the bed from who know when. The the tub was dirty when I arrived. The “king suite”had a jacuzzi tub in the picture but no jets do it was a large bathtub for two. There was just enough hot water to fill the tub bot after that there wasn’t enough hot water to take a shower after. The breakfast was just a few breakfast bars milk and expired orange juice. I had to ask for someone to refill my breakfast food if I didn’t they……

"The oysters served in the restaurant are smelly, but the waiter said I don't like them! It's so weird! Restaurant service staff have extremely bad attitude! A group of people chatting but didn't bother to prepare water and drinks for the guests (ordered coffee without spoon and milk...) This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!"
