"Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked"

"This place was great I was staying here with a friend I had not seen in 30 years, we wanted to be together so I picked this apartment it was perfect. It was roomy and yet we both had our private rooms with full bathrooms I would recommend and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We only had one issue and that was the door code stopped working, but another guest assisted us and they sent us the new code shortly after."

"The Host was Super responsive!! There are directions all over the house to guide you on how to use things. The rooms are plush and nice, it is like staying at your home in another state. The items in the kitchen came in handy and it was everything you needed for a getaway. The house was clean, plenty of linen, and towels. The best part about it, I was able to wash my clothes before I came home."

"Everything about this property was as described and more. The location was perfect for our needs. We were close enough areas we wanted to explore and far enough from those areas to feel safe in our quiet little neighborhood. Our hosts were very attentive and available at a moments notice! "This was the perfect spot for 2 adult couples! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with another couple. The location was perfect with a coffee shop around the corner. Very walkable to EVERYTHING but a little off the beaten path so the noise wasn’t crazy. The condo itself is on the second floor."

"I really enjoyed staying at Erin‘s place. It has everything you need. The bed was very comfy. The climate control was great, the bathroom spacious, the kitchen wonderful and a full size washer/dryer. The street cars go by but very quickly and it’s not a big deal. Erin thought of everything-she even has a noise machine in the bedroom area (we did not need it). I liked it so much that I rebooked for next year for Jazz Fest."

"Stayed here in Marigny for first w/e of Jazz Fest. Location was fabulous. Short easy walk to French Quarter and just a couple blocks from Frenchmen Street. Place was clean and felt very safe. Our host, Dee, could not have been more accomodating. Met us on arrival and explained everything. Helped with suggestions for dining and even arranged our return cab trip to airport. Lovely host!!"

"Wonderful location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants! Home was clean and beautifully decorated in a true New Orleans vibe. We spent many hours out on the deck enjoying the NOLA weather. Kitchen was very well stocked and all passwords worked well for Wi-Fi. Hosts Michael and Marcia was very responsive to any questions and were available for any issues. We will definitely be back!"

"The apartment was nice. Great location. The only issue we had was the remote control for the living room wasn’t working properly. Probably an easy fix. Also, when you’re staying in the French Quarter, WHAT ARE YOU DOING WATCHING TV?? Once again nice, clean, cute place. I would stay again and I do recommend."

"I’ve never stayed in New Orleans before so I didn’t know much about the area. But this apartment was in walking distance to everything! The coffee shop, St. Pat’s Irish Coffee House, is just around the corner and so good! The food at Namaste Nola and Le Bayou Restaurant was superb! We drove over to Barataria Preserve and Shell Beach. Go eat at Speck’s if you go to Shell Beach! The apartment had an iron coded gate over the door for extra protection. I’m a small town girl so I was a little scared...

"A home is a home, but this one was a jewel for it's location. We reserved a parking spot a couple blocks away for the weekend. Checked in on a Friday afternoon and out on Sunday. We were able to walk straight out the front door and across the neutral ground to experience the best parades in the world. Plenty of eating options close by with a couple of handy bodegas for essentials let us enjoy the weekend without the car. As a plus, the staff in the pizza restaraunt downstairs were incredible....

"We liked how large the rooms were. Everything was fully stocked which was nice. The kitchen knives were terribly dull which was annoying but not the end of the world. The only pan in the apartment was an old nonstick pan which was all scratched and flaking off which is toxic so we had to make everything in a pot. The pool was continuously dirty and foggy, we decided not to use it because it was so dirty. All in all, it was a nice stay and we appreciated having all the amenities of home while on...

"Keyless access was easy using the keypad Close proximity to Borbon street ,nice little cocktail bar on premises with very friendly staff . Stayed one week would come back "
