I would never stay there again, room was damp and moldy, there were drug deals going on in the parking lot in the evening, no security, side doors were unlocked and there were all kinds coming in and out, no one at the desk watching what was going on. It seemed like rooms were being rented to Social Service recipients or immigrants, not sure which and all theirs friends came at night to stay in the rooms. Very noisy, no supervision.

The bathroom toilet clogged and I had to call for a plunger at 4am. No bowel movements took place prior to the stoppage. The shower kept spraying water outside on the floor instead of in the shower.

Vending machine only took cash. ATM machine broken the entire week I was there. The lock on my room was messed up and at one point I could not even get into my room and they had to have somebody come up and fix it but then I never got new keys. The only saving grace of my stay was the maid service, which was excellent.

Everything was great except for the fact that we were expecting to meet a new client and when they asked which way our room was, the desk agent asked if they were here for the suit and tie party? Then proceed to tell then that when we checked in we came in separately and were very rowdy! How dare he tell that to people! With that the new prospective clients were turned off to meeting and we lost several thousands of dollarsand a new customer. Funny thing is even we checked in here seemed like the nicest guy in the world and turned our to be a complete moron! Needless to say, after decades of enjoying Comfort Inns all over, this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had.

When we arrived at the hotel, the room that we were given to, by the young man at the desk was overlooking the parking lot and street view, so there was a lot of noise and a lot of lights so we asked to be moved. He moved us up to the second floor, which is basically the same thing at about 4 o’clock in the morning three men were under our windows, making so much noise. We did ask them to move the next day. I went downstairs, and I spoke to Charlie who was Amazing. He helped us to find a room on the side no noise, no street lies. It was the best room ever that we had the bathroom was nice and big in the first two rooms the bathrooms were so small probably a midget can accommodate that but we give a lot of shout out to Charlie. He was amazing and they should be very lucky to have him. Thank you .
