Paid for a smoking room upon check in was told I'm on the DNR (Do Not Rent) list asked them why they couldn't figure out why. Go my room found out they don't have an ashtray for the smoking room I booked. Went back downstairs to ask for an ashtray was given 2 paper cups and told to put water in them because he (Larry) didn't know where any ashtrays are. The next day found out they put me in a non-smoking room. Upon check out was told they aren't going to refund me for the being a non smoking room. I told them my first I smoked in the room because I was never told I didn't have a non smoking room, I thought it was a smoking room since that's what I booked and wasn't told otherwise. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'll for sure never stay here again.

When we checked in, the lobby smelled like marijuana. The clerk was nice, however we were in a room in the back that smelled weird, had old food in the drawer. Outside the room, looked like homeless people were outside.
