“the location is super convenient, and the service of reception is the best. Only 2 things made this trip a little bit not that perfect. first one was the guests who stayed in the room 1609 talking loudly even after midnight. I could hear them clearly through the door between 2 rooms. Second one was the left side of the bed collapsed. otherwise this would be a perfect experience of staying.”

“Location is great and convenient. Within walking distance to shopping malls and market. Hotel services are good. Buffet breakfast offers lots varieties of food. Spa services are excellent with good prices. The only problem is the design of the shower stall. It has half glass panel only which resulted water spill all over the washroom after shower. Need improvement definitely. ”

We called for the tissue and the house keeper sent us just within 5 minutes. Also, I want to give a great thankful to the nurse. We enjoyed the holiday here. Great location, near the airport. Clean room, good sea view. Nice swimming pool. ”
