“The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.”

“I am careful about giving bad reviews but I’m doing this for the property owners to improve. Our expectations were not met. The areas w around the property were filthy and unusable. They have a patio at the back that can be used to relax but so dirty. The freezer was leaking They only supplied 1 each of kitchen towel and paper towels. We spent time figuring out what we need and ran to supermarket for these and others We arrived that kitchen water runs on hot water only and no cold The lights……

“Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Then was told i was supposed to check in the previous day and since i wasn’t there they gave the room away. “Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! We didn’t stay there the whole 13 days we reserved it for because the apartment wasn’t nice at all! The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! “When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. “Don't waste your time or money staying here. It was not as described and the property was the worst place we have ever stayed. I got sick from being inside the unit and we checked out as soon as we could find another place on the morning of the 3rd day. We gave the host and on-site person notice on day two that we were checking out due to the condition of the property.
