“Lady at check in was rude basically said I was lying about no shuttle not coming to pick us up. Ended up taking 2 taxis for all of us”

“Todo excelente. Lo único que nos pareció extraño, es que a todos los huéspedes que llegaban temprano, antes de la hora del check in, les entregaban sus habitaciones. Nosotros salimos de un crucero, así que llegamos desde las 10 de la mañana y traiamos un bebé. Aún asi nos entregaron la suite sólo media hr. antes del check in. Esperamos casi 6 horas; Porque segun nos dijeron en recepción, los clientes anteriores pidieron - late check out- pero acaso era la única suite del hotel?”

“It was ok stay. Our room had a tons of tiny sugar ants which we saw only in the morning. I hope they didn’t get into our belongings. We didn’t like the quality of food. They rest of stay was as expected, nothing special ”

“Very happy with the amenities provided but the hotel. The complementary washing and drying in the guest laundry was brilliant. The atmosphere and view on the 10th floor was awesome. So much space to relax. Happy hour 5-7 upstairs was great too. Big room, lots of space and nice area downstairs to relax too. Staff were very busy but mostly helpful. Don’t get caught by double tipping… the bar staff are a bit cheeky with that. Also…. Parking it NOT FREE. Hotels.com has this wrong. The hotel……

“I like,extended stay it's a nice place perfect area friendly helpful staff i wish the wifi internet would be better and also i think there should be a limit with animals i have no problem with animals but there should be 2 section 1 for persons with animals and another for regulars visitors i develop an Alergy reaction but it's lovely i recommend it thanks”
