“Sisältä ihan siisti,sängyt ok ja keittiö. Lisäksi meidän kämpässä oli ylimääräinen asukas. Ei nähty, mutta ajoittain roskia oli kannettu keittiön nurkkaa. Ääni eristystä ei ole, jos sattuu naapureiksi yö elämästä pitäviä naapureita. Eli kaikki äänet kantautuu sisälle. Allas ok,kun vain siivottaisiin useammin kuin kerran viikossa. Alue muuten hyvä. Rannalle noin 1km kävely ja hyvä ranta. Kalliit kaupat kävelymatkan päässä, mutta autolla 10min hintataso jo ihan muuta.”

“My wife and I came down for a long weekend for a "babymoon". We had never been to Miami and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by the resort and cleanliness of our rental. This unit is on the "Residence" side of the resort but everything feels as if you are staying in the hotel. You able to charge whatever you want to the room. The restaurants were exceptional and loved the convenience of the pool bar service. We'll definitely be coming back!”

“Cute area. A lot more quiet than south beach. Less to do but close to all other activities. Easy beach access and definitely a nice weekend getaway spot!”

“Overall, B+ rating The location is fantastic! Walking distance to a ton of restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Also a short driving distance to Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. The front desk was average, at best, for the duration of our stay. Three times we asked the front desk to break a $50 bill and they could not. They suggested we ask the valet and they too could not give us change. Having worked in hotel management for 20+ years, I can tell you this is very, very strange and NOT the norm. The……

“Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay.”
