“The residence sides was an incredible opportunity for our family to enjoy a nice spacious room at our favorite hotel in Miami Beach. At first when I reserved I did not realize it was a vacation rental and was hesitant, but after speaking with management of the condo I was assured all was well. It was actually more than I expected and I was impressed with all aspects. The condo was clean, well appointed, and had a custom interior design which set it apart from the regular hotel rooms. “Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....”

“The apartment was exactly as described. It worked perfectly for my family. Accommodations and the communication with the rental folks were great. I loved that they had a pool and I could do our laundry on-site. The complex does need to buy better tennis equipment though. Overall, a great experience.”

“Pros: 4 minute walk to the beach, easy access to public transportation, bus stop is literally outside. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, downstairs restaurant is very convenient. Cons: Room has an unpleasant damp smell, bathroom is very small, the sink was too small to use without making a mess. The building could really use some upgrades. But overall a nice stay.”
