Nice & friendly staff. Very professional! The room was clean & immaculate. The hotel was lovely. The only problem is checking in you have to take a elevator to the 2nd floor. It is not a walk in. There is no service to or anything to carry bags to your room. The parking garage is close.. always was crowded though. It was for public parking only free for Hotel guest. They stamp your ticket from the garage… but there was still a problem getting out. I had to keep getting tickets to be stamped which did not work when driving out. If I did not it would have charged me a fee.

This hotel is in a great location with really nice dining options right next to it. However, the hotel itself is not very nice and definitely not worth almost $200/night with fees and taxes. It is a fine option if you just need somewhere to stay for a night or two. Other than Jonathan, who had excellent customer service, the other employees were not very helpful and were pretty indifferent to us as guests. It’s not somewhere I would stay again.
