Good is expensive, poor cooks - they don’t bring what you order, they don’t put all ingredients (skip bacon, sausages, and all meat). Per silver Expedia status they should’ve brought free bottle of wine - they did not! When I called them if breakfast is included in the price - they said yes, but charged me 54$ for omelet (without meat lol). This hotel and workers are a scam and a shame to your company!!! Poor and cheap service, and yet you charge like it’s elite service! What a shame!

The room had an unpleasant smell probably from the chemicals used to clean. I went downstairs to complain and ask for room air freshener or room deodorant and the front desk promised to send some one. No-one came. In the morning I had to call three times to request a tooth brash before it was delivered. The room had plastic glasses - not appropriate fir a 4 start establishment.
