"Super Accomadacion Pool,Gym,Beautiful Breakfast and Super Staff for May 25,2025 Expedia booked May 26 but I was travelling to Columbia on that and told your website to cancel 26th booking and paid for Hotel myself so I want one Nights credit $202.99 US Dollars credited back to me and one nights credit in La Martina Boutique Hotel in Medellin as a result of flight delays and Stoppvers I had to tent a room in Miami at the Best Western North in Miami at my Expense."

"Was disappointed that my flight that was delayed for about three hours due to weather condition, shuttle service ceased @10:00 pm when my flight arrived at 11:33 pm Had to get Uber to get me to the hotel. Needs some improvement in this area."

"I checked in about 7pm. The room was ok, the tv began shutting down every 10 minutes and sounded muffled. The youg man at the desk was great, he check out the rv and when it happened again, he moved me to a different room. He even called me shortly after to check up if it was ok. Thank you! Was only there one night so cant say much more"

"The location is great for me. Right across the street from the beach & right between bus stops to get you anywhere. The property is obviously dated, but they work pretty hard to keep it up. The maintenance guy is awesome. The housekeepers claim to not know ANY English, which I don't believe, but it saves them a lot of time & work I'm sure."
