“Truly a 5 star experience! It was exactly what we needed for a more than affordable price. We enjoyed the contactless check-in and check-out process. It allowed for us to explore Nashville and go back to our room without having to visit the front desk. Communication via text was top notch and the amenities were very nice. “The hotel was in a great location for the many museums, Broadway Street, etc. (walking distance). Good breakfast, very clean rooms, snacks available to purchase & coffee bar. The only negative was the quality of the food served in the restaurant on the 7th floor. ”

“Room was extremely small was ready early but was not feather free so it took a few hours for that to get turned over. View from the room was of the back of other buildings and no light from the window at 3rd floor. Parking is extremely expensive and only valet is available. $22 fee added to the room.It let's you have a record player put in your room with vinyls, which is cool but you have to ask. You also have to request fitness equipment (yoga mat/blocks). Walkable to Bridgestone and the Ryman.……

“The hotel room was minimalist and there is no front desk as you check in remotely on your phone and anything you need such as extra towels, you request via text. You also pay for parking on your phone. There is a bar on site and a coffee shop as well as fire pits and 2 corn hole sets. The walk is short to Broadway, but I did not feel the area was safe to walk home from Broadway late at night so took an Uber back. If you like simple, fire pits, corn hole, and no contact with staff then this may……

“Birthday weekend . It is a block away from Broadway street where all the bars are at. Great location and I liked the bar on third floor . Food good there and nice bar to kick back at at the end of the night ”

“Getting in to the hotel, and figuring out where to park, is pretty weird and confusing. Access is only available through a lobby shared with another hotel, after walking through a parking garage (which doesnt allow parking). If you arrive to check in at night, you cant get in unless a guest swipes for you. Not sure if this is only temporary or what, as it does look like theres construction on the ground level. ”
