“Room was dated ,Surrounding pool area was a mess TV was miss hung on the fireplace in a very odd position(should not have been there) There was a problem with the hot water to the in room Hot Tub. It only trickled at best it took one hour to fill up to 6 inches Big shower but no shower hooks anywhere for a towel or robe, Bathroom vanity was exceptionally small not really suitable for a woman and her stuff Sorry expected more!”

“This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting……

“We went to celebrate my daughters graduation ….everything was very clean, perfect location close but not to close so we still had privacy being on bayside . The condo was clean and orderly and the Owner Dawn was very easy to communicate with and if we had any questions was very quick to respond. “Adorable condo! Convenient to convention center, walkable to restaurants etc Had everything we needed for short weekend getaway Loved the bathrooms! and bedrooms had comfortable mattresses, lots of extra bedding and multi device charging station which was nice touch. Great views from living room of the beach Living room furniture is a bit worn but we assumed clean - just a bit of a downer considering how great the rest of the furnishings are for a rental unit. Also could not find any toilet……

"The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back some day! "
