"Pros: Loved having a mini kitchen with a dishwasher and apartment size fridge and freezer, no stove but you could borrow a hot plate from the front desk. 24/7 at front desk and snacks, drinks, microwave dinners even ice cream. Great selection of breakfast items, exercise area and pool. Cleaning staff was very courteous and efficient. Cons: pool could use a good cleaning, you could see water marks on the top side of pool and black spots in bottom corners. My room had a full floor to ceiling...

"The staff was very helpful and friendly and check-in was quick. The room itself was clean and the street noise barely discernible. The bed sank in in the middle however. The mattress definitely needs replacing (511). The only other thing I disliked was that someone started vacuuming at about 6 AM in the floors above us! "Very clean, and within walking distance to so many dining options as well as on-site dining. Great complimentary breakfast with lots of options. Directly across the street to Bainbridge Field House. Treat yourself and do the valet parking! (It’s only 5.00 more than the self parking that’s 2 blocks down)"

"The stay was good, but we left blood pressure cup in room. I called front desk and they gave me website to file a claim. I did this on Monday and still haven't heard anything and its Thursday."
