Room service wasn’t very good and one front desk attendant didn’t pass on info about room needed service.

I don't think they are very thorough in housekeeping methods. Friends had to change rooms due to black debris on bed and carpet. My room had a used water bottle on the tray with the clean water glasses, no regular coffee. Just little things but enough to give you pause as to how thorough they were with everything else.

Nice and clean, nice bed, but the room smelled so badly from smoke we asked housekeepering to come spray, they did but someone in another room was smoking and it drifted back in. It was nauseating. Will not go back.
