It was very quiet. I just had problems with the tv and Wi-Fi.. they kept rebooting.. it took me three days to watch a movie.. that was the only problem..

They will not give you back the deposit

From our system it sometimes takes anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. After that you may want to contact your bank/card to see the outcome.
