My room was on the 6th floor and there was a large crack across the ceiling when we first came in and paint was chipping off the bathroom door. The 6th floor hall smelled like cigarrets and we had brought it up with front desk. The first time we talked was the first day we came to the hotel, it took 2 hours for them to come upstairs and used febreeze to help with the smell. The 2nd time we brought it up, they offered to switch us rooms but it was late at night and our last night there. It wouldve been nice if they offered the first night. But overall it was a great hotel. Staff was lovely!!

I have stayed at this exact location multiple times and even recommended the location to my travel companions, yet we all 3 had a bad experience. My "accessible" was not very clean upon arrival, and my shower was not accessible at all- it caused me MORE harm getting in and out of it. My room was very loud, my TV barely worked and the front desk was perpetually out of towels. My traveling companions found bed bugs in their luggage and my service dogs came home bit up from something undetermined. I was sorely unimpressed with this stay and disappointed in the poor care shown by the staff.

Great hotel for the price. Property is not new but clean and comfortable. Significant construction around the area so it was hard to get to but once you learn the ins and outs of the area, it was fine.

I would not stay here. Large Pot holes in the parking lot. Mold in shower, paint off door bathroom and stain on shower curtain. Entryway out side of hotel looks ran down. When we got to the room and saw the bathroom walked back down to front desk and requeted a refund.

Overall a quiet hotel. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a bummer. The pool was on the cold side. Appreciated the workout room. When booking the listing on Expedia said “sleeps 5” but a double bed room does not sleep a family of 5 and we didn’t have a rollaway bed option so one person left on the floor. The shower handle didn’t work right but still gave out hot water. Otherwise a good experience and a great location.
