“It’s convenient ”

“My husband and I came across this property as we were trying to look for an overnight stay for our anniversary and what really caught my attention was the price for a beachfront view! All the other properties we looked into in the Santa Barbara area was almost double the price. And if you’re okay with an outdated building/room but with the most spectacular beach view with listening to the waves crashing in the nighttime, then look no further! Yes, we were hesitant in the beginning because the ……

“Discovered Carpinteria quite by accident while road-tripping. It has much of the charm of Santa Barbara at half the price. From brewery to dinner to breakfast we found great food and a lively atmosphere. The hotel was attractive, the staff friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking and is walkable to downtown. Most rooms have a balcony. Ours was over a lovely courtyard. The beds were quite comfortable. I would stay here again when visiting the area.”
