"The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host"

Jun 18, 2019Not a typical tourist destination, but it has its own charm. Excellent food and great place to get balsamic vinegar. After dealing with heavy traffic of people in Venice, this place was a nice break with peace and quiet. Did I say the food was great?

Jun 8, 2019What a great town. Although not as many people spoke English as in other parts of Italy that I have been to, I had no problems communicating with the locals with and without a translation app. This town is less touristy, which I like.
