“Checking in was made very easy. All the lovely ladies at the front desk are super nice and very helpful since I am a disabled person and in a wheelchair..they helped me a lot. Thank you ladies very much for all your help. Haven't been a guest at this location before but since arriving and seeing how nice everyone was and the room was nice and comfortable I would definitely stay here again. If you're on a budget and want somwhere nice to stay nearby the interstate..this is it...10 stars...no……

“The hotel and front desk was excellent the room is very clean but has the smell of smoke when you walk into the toom even though its a non smoking room. And let me warn you this hotel back off the road behind some buildings but the area in front of the hotel on the main road is heavily ingested with jomeless people and drug dealers. Im from garner NC and came to stay with my husband whos working in charlotte for a month and leaving the hotel yesterday to get something to eat it was around 9pm i……

“Over all I had a pleasant 3 night stay. Staff was courteous and friendly. This is my second stay in 3 yrs and no complaints. Room was clean and had a pleasant smell. Plenty of tv channels. Wifi could use a speed upgrade.”

“Absolutely spotless room. Looks like it was just renovated in a building that’s fine and a parking lot that could be repaved. Slept great, although could hear traffic from the nearby road, but it was not busy at night. Shower in the tub had no grab bars and the floor could be slippery if not careful. Only ours and 3 other rooms were occupied on a Saturday night in March. Desk could have been friendlier, and they did charge an extra $100 security deposit which they said would be refunded……

“I stayed for a week because I had a funeral to attend and the property was near the family's home. The manager says he doesn't rent that suite because he uses every now and then. Seemed clean at first. Later that night I noticed there was pubic hair and poop on the toilet, behind the seat and under the lid. I had disinfecting wipes and the office was closed, so I had to clean it myself. The bathtub had cigarette burns and some of the paint inside the tub was chipped. The walls of the tub was……
