“The staff was amazing, very positive and helpful. Always wanting to make sure that you're having a great stay. If there's anything you're needed it's attended to. We had a great time as a family and no problems or concerns whatsoever. It's a beautiful property and the beach area is perfect. “Awesome property in beautiful surroundings. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. My only complaint is that the Patio and Bayside restaurants were terribly hot and humid in May when we were there. It was a let down to dress up for the romantic fine dining experience with my husband and be required to wipe sweat away and perspire in my dress. We are returning, but during the winter months next time.”

“I booked Iberostsr because I saw their property in Cancun and was in awe. The resort was nice. Staff amazing. Food pretty good. The beef patties at the truck on the beach …superb. Our room was ok. We had a slow shower drain which made taking a shower unplesssnt. All and all had a relaxing stay ”
