Nice property but some wear and tear. We were in the sentry building which was the newest building and there was issues with the tub being chipped and painting discoloration. The sliding door was super hard to close and created a whistling sound. While there the AC went out in our room and when asked to be fixed maintenance came in and said give it 30 mins to an hour. It never cooled down and the AC never came up even after being asked to switch rooms. The staff was pleasant upon arrival and around the resort. The food was amazing but where our room was they blasted music all night which was frustrating. Beach sports was awesome and the staff at the spa was great!

I have been to many places and resorts and this is literally the best resort I have ever been to. Everything from the staff to the amenities to the cleanliness and the food was 10 out of 10!! This was my third time in Jamaica and I will definitely be back to this same resort!

This was a vary nice resort, friently staff, amazing restaurants, good pools, beach, and drinks from the bars. The only restaurant that was lacking was the lunch buffett which we only eat at due to a storm forcing us indoors. The activities desk people were good, informative, and super convenient being located in each building. The only real issue was the music they played most of the time, rather then Caribbean drum music they played rap, R&B, and sumilar music with the F word, the N word, and similar. I do not think this represents their brand in a good light, especially when there are young kids around the pool. We would stay here again.

1. The hotel and rooms were not cool. Hotel needs to update AC unit. 2. Hotel is not equipped to handle people with physical disabilities. There were a lot of steps and not too many ramps or elevators

We had a fabulous time at the Jewel! The staff was excellent from the front desk, to the spa, bar,restaurants and security. Our room was immaculate and the lady who came each day made sure it stayed that way. The food was delicious we didn’t have one complaint. Special thanks to Opal for doing such a great job and being customer centric when helping us extend our stay! We loved it so much we weren’t ready to leave! Can’t wait to come back to Jamaica and stay at the jewel!
