Both the ladies always had a smile on their face and despite our language barriers, made us feel right at home. The owner is always available on whatsapp and offers great recommendations. Very disappointing to find out that all spa facilities were closed, there is not a lot to do apart from relaxing, it is advertised that WiFi is only in common areas, however there’s no service for your phone (4G) which should also be advertised as you cannot even make calls, so you would at least expect there to be other activities and facilities for their guests. "Great location but seems to be confusing for the taxi drivers to find. Def landmark the area if you’re walking as it’s a bit difficult. The drawback is my ‘city view’ was a filthy rooftop of the neighbouring, broke. Down building. Disappointing. But great aircon and comfy bed and the staff is EXCEPTIONAL!!! "

His entire family was welcoming and when his Mother learned that I couldn't stay for breakfast, she offered to cook me dinner. That was best couscous I’ve ever tried in my life. Amazing hospitality, clean and safe place to stay while in Fes. Certainly recommended to others. "
