“Got a room near a stairwell and the noise & banging doors was terrible. Talked to the manager the next morning and the rest of my stay (1 week) was nice. Save a buck. The place is clean and if something doesn’t work, just ask.”

“Exactly as advertised. Good location with easy drive to downtown, Broncos Stadium, etc. Neighborhood a little run down. It’s one of those in transition. Park nearby was perfect for walking the Dogs. Small homeless encampment at park was not an issue. Property is well maintained. Jason was very responsive. Was easy to get an Uber to and from property if you don’t want to drive through downtown. Diner nearby on the corner of Colfax had fantastic breakfast options. Overall a perfect choice for us……

The living room is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need for simple meals. We are considering a future stay here again already.”

This Wheat Ridge home was a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do and experience while we were there. AirSimplicity is amazing !”

“I was very pleased with the accommodation. Attended the Brandi Carlile concerts at Red Rocks. The rental is minutes from Red Rocks and the price could not be matched elsewhere. The home, my bedroom and assigned bath were immacurately clean. Also, enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor lounge area mornings and evenings. I also was able to do my laundry, which was nice. No dirty clothes to launder when I return home. Would highly recommend to others!”

“We used to absolutely love staying at Sentral because the probably gave the “best” pool in Denver but that all changed. The heated pool hasn’t been heating for over 4 months. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend visiting friends and eating at nearby restaurants but the pool was so cold that almost everyone stayed out of it plus only 1 hot tub was functional. The bed is always comfortable, the staff is friendly and the location is perfect. ”
