“We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home……

“We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful. Kitchen small but effective with nice view of pool. TVs smart and good for kids. Dinning Room table easily sat all of us. Cleaning guy Chris was fab. Would stay again. thxs”

“If I had any critique at all it would be that I wish everyone treated other properties like their own home. You can tell not everyone treats property with respect and I find it awful. There are a few things that could be improved, but the one non-working fan was addressed quickly. To anyone reading this, the property is CUTE, take care of it!”

The rooms were beautifully styled and comfortable.The views of the golf course were stunning and we loved the convenience of the resort style pool and onsite restaurant. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. We look forward to staying here on our next visit to Naples next year!”

“We enjoyed a three week stay in Naples. The villa is situated in the perfect spot...located in a quiet neighborhood nestled near other beautiful homes. A short walk brings you to Clam Pass beach. There are numerous stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The villa was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed many hours lounging in the backyard pool. Such a lovely place to stay!”

“What I loved most: 1. Cute neighborhood close to the best beaches and restaurants 2. Resort-like pool area in the back 3. Ginormous couch for the entire gang to spread out and watch movies on the huge TV 4. Dreamy master bed and super-soft sheets 5. Excellent communication with Steve (host) 6. Not many 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths in the area--that extra half bath makes a difference if you have a large group 7. Powerful blender for making the best margaritas! 8. Gorgeous Christmas……

“This was our fifth year of snowbirding through VRBO and this property and location were the best ever. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and if anything, the photos did not do the property justice. The owner and onsite troubleshooter were extremely responsive on the couple of small issues that came up, exceeding our expectations. Items and supplies that we felt were necessary to bring in the past were all there. The location is also far closer to downtown Naples and other sites……

“Location was perfect, near highway to get to venues and close to shopping center for necessities. That said, home is at dead end in very quiet spot. We used home mostly for sleeping, making breakfast, changing clothes, commuting to venues, and chilling. House was perfect for us. In May, it was too hot to hang out on nice patio. Fabiola was very responsive.”
