You’re also just minutes from local hot spots including The Gulch, Downtown, and Fifth + Broadway. Head to Starbucks for your morning coffee. Take a short Uber ride to Broadway, which is only 2 miles away.

You will have access to the entire condo to yourself.

Awesome property cute 1bedroom. Off street parking. Loved location very good coffee shop in walking distance. Very clean and homey. Host was very nice and helpful. Will stay here next visit to Nashville.

Amazing Condo!
We came to Nashville for a quick getaway. Accommodations were amazing. The location of the condo is in an area being redeveloped. I chatted with several locals in the area passing by walking their puppies. The parking area in the back of the condo is well lit and easily accessible. There is really a lack of air circulation in the bedroom. A ceiling fan would be a great addition to the space. If you need a fan, you might consider bringing one with you. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
