"We stay at Seascape often, always booking though VRBO. This was one of the most updated beautiful units we’ve stayed in. Very well appointed. Only a couple downfalls, the location of the unit requires having the windows open for cool air because the sun beats in midday, but overlooking the pool, it can get pretty loud throughout the day and night. Also carpets could use a good cleaning. Other than that, this was one of our favorites. Also, property management company is top notch. Easy to work...

"My son and I stayed for 3 nights in May, 2024. The unit was clean and neat; plenty of space for 4-5 people. Covered parking was available at the rear of the unit; on street parking was also available. The neighborhood was quiet, close to freeway and easily accessible to shopping, attractions, etc. Communication with the owner was convenient and prompt. I would highly recommend this unit!"

"Amazing views; complete panoramic of the entire Monterey Bay! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great to have deli & small market at the bottom of the hill. Also nice to have free parking lot at the bottom of the hill; the walk down to the beach isn't bad, but when wanting to spend the day on the beach with chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc., it was convenient to just be able to drive down with all our stuff & unload it right there near the sand.
