Dogs must not stay alone, uncrated in house. Backyard is gated, but guests must check that gates are shut, and watch their dogs.
Guest must pick up any dog waste from yard.
Dogs must be treated with flea and tick treatment.
No pets allowed on furniture or beds. If evidence of this found, that may incur extra cleaning fee.
There is only one security camera, which is outside pointing to entry/driveway.
