And when we asked the front desk if we can switch to a king bed room after the first night should it be available, the staff said “it will be a busy weekend. Why do you guys want a king bed room?? The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
