Neither above and beyond nor terrible. It was great to have the breakfast available and the room itself provided all that I needed. The location was great, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Convention Center. Found more restaurants and cafes the longer I stayed, but the area is definitely not bouncing with activity like the French Quarter is.

Property was clean and easy to find, the staff was super sweet., location was a decent distance from French quarters so you could actually get some sleep at night if you were not interested in partying and drinking. Overall, a great stay and a very comfortable bed. I just wish the single bedrooms was way bigger. It was super small in person

The room cleaning was not great was lucky to get 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 bat mat the first 2 days the last day i got 2 wash cloths no bat mat for outside the show and the towel looked like a cleaning towl that was only 3 foot by maybe 2 foott and was like using sand paper to dry off with. The body wash was empty and was never refilled in the shower. Other than the poor room service on bathroom essentials the place was ok

My only complaint with this hotel is that the parking lot behind it is "Premium Parking" and it costs like 50$ a night to park there. It kept saying it was "Event Pricing" and no one knew what this was, even the parking lot attendant - nothing was done about it though. It is better to park on the road for less and walk over. Still, it was a quiet, pleasant stay. The staff were super nice and helpful.

Enjoyed our stay, breakfast was very good, elevators were fast, showers were hot, and staff was friendly. The proximity to the WWII museum was our main reason for choosing this hotel. Parking lot behind the hotel can get pricey.
