Inside the hotel is clean and smells nice. However, it's right by a marijuana store. You can't breathe anytime you walk by there. We also asked the front desk if there was transportation we could get to the airport. She said there was nothing like that. How hard would it have been to tell us where to get on the bus to take us to the airport? Not very. We figured it out, but not because anyone helped us.

Love this hotel, have been twice and would stay here again. The room was clean and the location is perfect. The reason for 4 stars is really just because the room doesn’t have a fridge. It seems so simple but with NOLA being known for there food it would be nice to have a fridge for left overs and a cold drink easily. I do Understand the safety reasons around not having microwaves in the rooms but maybe one being available in the lobby or the 10th floor near the computers would be cool too. That small tweak would make such a huge difference

My husband and I drive ten hours to visit the beautiful New orleans for our wedding anniversary. The hotel was convenient within walking distance to bourbon street and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious and clean and valet parking was convenient. If wanting to book something do concierge was there to help you and some places even came and got you. We did the yellow fever tour and loved it. We will definitely come back with the family next time.
