Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Only small issue was a bit of damp musty smell from air conditioning when used, which is not so good for my wife who has a serious mold allergy. We decided to turn it off and open a window instead.

Very difficult to get there. They advertise a shuttle to the property, but it's a 15 minute walk, then a 15 minute tram ride to get to the shuttle, which took 1/2 hour to come get us.

The property was fine, over priced but we were only staying one night on Sunday of Memorial weekend. The van used for pickup at the airport was disgusting. We used a Lyft to get back to the airport as we were not getting in that van again.

Lobby was very cheap, basic and shabby - first impressions were not positive. Room was okay, though had to wear ear buds to sleep due to volume of neighbours tv/walls being paper thin. shuttle - oldest shuttle I’ve been (I saw a newer van parked), took at least an hour to pick me up at JFK, even though I called the hotel several times.

The hotel itself was ok but amenities were few and there was lots of noise all through the night. Since it's an airport hotel lots of guests in and out all the time but totally inconsiderate of others who may actually be sleeping at night! TV's on full blast, slamming doors and with rooms so close together it's easy to hear everything from other rooms.
