I did not like the loud music in the lobby . I did not like using an elevator to reach the lobby 5 stories up. I did not like that you could only have a buffet breakfast. No option for a la coffee and croissant. I did like the bed and the shower.

This was our first time visiting NYC. We didn't really know where to begin, when it came to hotels. We decided to try for a place near Times Square. When we found this hotel online, we were immediately drawn to the modern, clean design. It's sometimes difficult to just book a place, without seeing it in person, and we have had bad experiences in the past, so my expectations were somewhat low, mostly to prepare myself in the event of disappointment. My husband dropped me off at the door, so I could begin check-in, while he parked. I was greeted by a kind, friendly woman at the check-in desk, who went over all the lovely amenities and benefits of our stay. Our view, while not a direct view of Times Square, was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby/lounge/bar area was so much fun! I love that we were able to easily walk Times Square and Rockefellar, as well as our Broadway show! I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
