It is terrible noise all day long with air conditioner. When i entered the room. You will find ear plugs on the table. They renovated old building. Air conditioning made huge sounds all night with motor boosting sounds. You can hear next room air conditioner too. That is why the room is cheap the room was clean. The service is good.

As several reviews say, so it was expected, the hotel room is compact. Since i went in expecting a tiny room that didn't bother me. Perfect for a solo traveler but i expect would be too small even for a couple. The room and the hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Super convenient location and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious. My only complaint is that the body wash bottle in the shower was barely filled for my stay. Even though i stayed 1 night, there wasnt enough in there for me to take more than one shower. Dont know why the hotel was skimping on filling the bottles for the guest's use.

For a short stay this hotel did the trick. We are a family of 3 with so we had a room with a queen/overhead bunk. The room is the size of an inside cruise cabin. The shower and toilet sit right in the room (they aren’t separated) so he prepared for that in this category room. However we literally only slept and showered in there. You can’t do much of anything else in there so if you plan to hangout in the room this probably isn’t your place. It was a short walk to all things Times Square and to most of the Broadway Theaters. The subway stations are 1 block up which we did figure out and utilize during our short trip. Room service didn’t show up until 5p the day after we checked in and asked if we wanted service. I felt that was poor, we were out all day and then they show up when we’re back trying to get ready to go out. There are resort/hotel fees that are tacked on to your bill that are supposed to include food/beverage credits however how that works is a little hanky. I would get clarity from front desk and then be sure to check your bill thoroughly to ensure it is correct. The elevator is swanky and new so pay attention when putting your floor number into the display outside the elevator doors or else you won’t know what elevator to get in 😅. The staff was always kind with any interaction we had with them. All in all I would stay here again.
