We got into a room where the air conditioner not working. Moved to new room at 3.00 am, this room sink water not draining. Called them to fix and need to wait for more than hr. We need to buy water in this property. The staff are not friendly.

Room was good and clean- bathroom a bit small. A/C was easy to use and turn off thankfully. Reception desk was really friendly and the buffet breakfast was decent but a bit crowded and ended too soon. Area around hotel gets pretty sketchy and unsafe- I would not return just on account of the location.

The hotel is just renovated or built so it's in great conditions according by Marriot standards. Very close to Manhattan's upper east side, accessible by train or taxi so it was very convenient and affordable for a large family of 8 visiting for a graduation in the Weill Cornell medical school campus. The only downside was the area where the Hotel is located, not very pretty since it's a low income neighborhood. Felt safe at night by a lot of NY police in the streets monitoring the area.
