"My friends and I have had a girls weekend at this home twice now. Walking distance to downtown Niantic and close to the beach. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and everything was very clean. The owner, Liz, was super easy to reach."

"We loved the location. Walking distance to a quiet section of Crescent Beach. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures. There are plenty of places to spread out, relax and play. Our family said this is one of best vacation homes so far. We may return in the future, they loved it that much! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The home was well stocked with beach toys, chairs, beach chairs. wagons etc. We appreciated the use of their bikes for riding around the neighborhood....

We had four small children in our group, and nothing beat the convenience of walking outside without having to pack the car to go to the beach each day! "My daughter graduated from coast guard academy so we were staying for several days. The cottage is located in black point in Niantic. So close to the ocean. The cottage was adorably decorated, and very comfortable. Plenty of beds to accommodate a bigger group. Slept very well in comfortable bed. The owner had left some bagels and muffins for us as well. Small but nice kitchen with plenty of room for a family to sit at larger table. My favorite is proximity to water and the daily multiple walks....
