Really nice apartment room with full amenities. Comfortable bed and dining area. No real lounge space in lobby but if you don’t need that, it’s fine. Great location. Very nice staff. Would stay again for sure.

Very spacious suite with washer/dryer. Was very close to restaurants and shopping in old town section of nice. Dryer didn’t work very well. Biggest negative was the last night we stayed there were young adults setting off firecrackers outside of hotel, in square, at 1-2am.

Amazing stay in the heart of Old Nice. Our windows overlooked the square lined with restaurants. A little noisy at night but still an acceptable level and an expected nuisance from staying in that area. The bakery downstairs had amazing croissants and pain au chocolat! We had them every morning. There were many nice restaurants and shops all around us. The room itself were nice and spacious enough to accommodate us 5 girls for our trip. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much so that it's now one of our top 3 favourite hotels. It is central to tons of restaurants, the beach, market and Pl. Massena. The train station was about a 20-25 minute walk away, but we always felt safe walking throughout all of Nice, day or night. This will be the only hotel in Nice that we use from now on

Great location in the centre of the old town - only down side is that it can be pretty noisy late at night (because it's in the centre of the old town!). If you keep your windows closed the soundproofing is pretty good though.

Great location
The front desk staff is friendly. Room is clean and in good condition. Beds are comfortable. The location is great. It takes a few minutes walk to hit Promenade des Anglais. Strolling along the beach is a treat where you will see many landmarks including #I love Nice, blue chair and Le Negresco. It’s also not far from Colline du Château. There are many nice restaurants nearby. We liked our stay. One minor thing is I wish they could provide thinner blankets. The quilts are too warm even after we turn off the heating in winter night.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Location, cleanliness, and staff are great. We paid for the suite, but the room was disappointing. The first suite we got was not worth the money. By the washbasin, the toilet was positioned so wrong that you had to sit sideways to use it. My husband got locked in the bathroom and had to wiggle his way out. In the bathroom, the plug did not work. There's so much to complain about and I think that room shouldn't be given to any guests, especially as a suite. The next day we complained and were given another suite, which worked perfectly. We were still somewhat unsatisfied with the experience. Over six nights, we spent two days unpacking, repacking and moving. Perhaps it is because we booked it through Expedia and we were given a substandard room. Whatever the case, it left us wondering if we should book it through Expedia again.

The building was secure, which was a nice feature for a mother and daughter traveling together. The apartment was so spacious, with appealing decor. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful. It was my favorite hotel on our trip through France!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palais Saleya. A great location to explore the city from. The staff were lovely- very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Check in was easy and the reception is staffed 24/7. The room was bright, clean and very well equipped!

This property is located in the heart of Nice's Old Town, with direct access to countless restaurants and shops, as well as the Promenade des Anglais and the train station. Nothing could be more convenient. Our room was quite large and had everything we needed. We actually forgot that there was in-room laundry and it was such a pleasant surprise! Just make sure you follow the instructions closely or your clothes might get stuck in the machine. Thankfully the staff helped us rescue them just in time to catch our train to Paris! Thanks for a wonderful stay in Nice!

Fabulous
Fantastic hotel in a perfect location for exploring Nice. We had a mezzanine room for 3 people and it was perfect. Only a couple of very tiny niggles which were that one plug socket had come out of the wall and the freezer drawer door was broken BUT neither of these had any impact on our enjoyment. The staff were outstanding in every way. I would be more than happy to recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again myself.

Hotel was located right in the middle of the Old Town. Lots of restaurants just outside the door of the hotel. Shops and the beach/promenade within walking distance. Staff were wonderful,friendly and extremely helpful. Room was nice and spacious and clean. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

The property was very clean, and conveniently located close to the light rail but also in a spot that made it easy to walk around Old Nice. Room (Deluxe Suite (Mezzanine)) was very large, especially for France. Appreciated that there was a washer/dryer in the room. Would definitely stay here again.
