"The first thing my husband and I thought was that the layout of the property was far better than the photos. Large rooms, walk-in closets in every room, a great open space, and a well-separated Master Suite, all on one-level, which is essential for my husband. Nice wrap-around porch where we sat most nights (it could use a paint refresh, but that is minor nit-picking). Across from a VERY busy bar/restaurant, so if privacy is paramount to you, this might not be the right place. However, the house...

"This was a nice, quiet place to stay, but within easy driving distance to local attractions. The hosts were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed kayaking in the bay, sitting on the dock eating breakfast, and watching the pelicans and fish, and looking out across the water. If you're looking for a fun nearby adventure that's not your typical beach day, I'd recommend a kayak trip to Cyprus Springs."

The master bed was very comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Shot drive to Destin and niceville. FYI- This home is on a very busy road."

"Very cozy condo & the views are top notch. It is located right beside the Wharf restaurant & you have front row views to the marina that has sailboats. Beds were comfy and the AC worked really well. We will defiantly be booking this again in the near future! Jess the property manager is the best also!!"

"The pictures of the home are very accurate. We had high hopes for a spring break vacation home, it did not disappoint. The neighborhood is very quiet and just far enough away from busy Destin but just a short drive to their beaches. My family had more than enough room and everything we needed was there. Grocery and restaurants are all within a 15 minute drive. Our children enjoyed the pool while we enjoyed the hot tub and our dogs were very comfortable in the surroundings. We hope to come back...
