"Had a very comfortable stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options each morning. This location has great connectivity to many venues in the Bay Area. Some areas improvements: 1. There is no drinking water in the room or on any floors. To get water, you need to walk down to the lobby and then walk to the water fountain near the toilets. Otherwise a small 500 ml water bottle will cost you $5.50 at the front desk. So you always need to carry a water bottle with you for free drinking water. 2. Hot coffee is only available during breakfast hours. At other times of day, you need to buy coffee for $6 at the front desk. [FYI, if you don’t add tip for coffee, then your next coffee will likely be unpleasant] 3. There is only one microwave oven near the breakfast area, which is not cleaned regularly. To reheat your food, you need to again walk down to the dining area and use this shared microwave oven. To get things as simple as drinking water or hot coffee, luxury hotel like Hyatt Place is making it very cumbersome for the guests. It is disappointing to experience this after paying a hefty amount proportional to the luxury brand name. "

"I brought my wife and 2 year old daughter to Mansoor’s property. We were very very happy with it. It was spacious, clean and warm. I had a couple of my sisters who lived in the area visit us and their niece. It was overall a wonderful experience. Mansoor was a great host and very communicative. We will come back again."

"The lobby was very nice, I enjoyed the building floor plan and I liked how I could walk to the morning breakfast and fitness rooms without going outside into the chill. The building felt very same and cozy. "

"Our VRBO experience over the Thanksgiving holiday fell short of expectations. The initially agreed-upon pet policy was changed after the cancellation date, causing frustration. Practical issues persisted, such as a malfunctioning downstairs bathroom sink drain and the absence of paper towels and dish rags. The kitchen presented cleanliness challenges, with dirty dishes and utensils, as well as floors that retained dirt, hair, and trash. Storage in the fridge/freezer was hindered by missing shelves, and the limited supply of essentials like towels and washcloths proved inconvenient. The diluted hand and dish soap raised hygiene concerns, and the kitchen knives posed a safety hazard due to dullness or bending. The unkempt backyard and the absence of an advertised sofa bed in the living room further marred our stay. Maintenance issues extended to appliances, as the broken dial on the dryer rendered it unusable. Surprising discoveries, such as dried lemons on the master bedroom windowsill & mold growth on living room windows, added to our dissatisfaction. Each bathroom supplied only one roll of toilet paper, & the questionable quality of furniture, including an unstable table and a precarious barstool, raised safety concerns. To top it off, we were dismayed to find dirty linens, further diminishing the overall quality of our stay. Overall, we were left w/ disappointment highlighting the need for improved communication, cleanliness, & maintenance standards in future VRBO stays."
