Housekeeping was not provided because they forgot to ask us at check in if we wanted the service and ended up with dirty floors full of sand during our stay. The staff was pretty nice except for the lady with braids during breakfast on Sunday who had a nasty attitude towards everyone. "

"I had a double bed and a stain was on one of the sheets. The other bed the sheets felt like they had been washed for awhile, felt like leant balls was on them. Room is tight but that’s my negative review. The property was clean and the food was ok. "

"We loved our stay. The over all feel of the hotel is very cozy, warm and inviting. The amenities are over the top and the location is absolutely perfect because of the proximity to amazing restaurants. The only real drawbacks are thin walls (noise carries!) and certain repairs/upkeep that was obviously not being done. The door to our room didnt close properly without forcing it and the trashcans in the hallways were chipped and overflowing at times."
