“Literally needed a police escort to leave this place due to a situation with a fight that led to some drunk friend of the innkeeper following us to our Suite screaming at us. We had to lock ourselves in the room... We never met the actual innkeeper Tina. She was nowhere to be found. We met Kyle who PORTRAYED himself as the innkeeper. During our entire stay, there were constantly random people coming in and out of the innkeeper's apartment at all hours of the day. And on the last night of our……

“The property is under some renovations but it does not affect your stay. Absolutely beautiful views from our room. We took a water taxi from Portsmouth to Norfolk. Many restaurant options that are walkable. Room was clean and just great for our two-day stay. Would absolutely stay again. Felt safe and the hotel staff was friendly, helpful and very approachable!”

“I had a double bed and a stain was on one of the sheets. The other bed the sheets felt like they had been washed for awhile, felt like leant balls was on them. Room is tight but that’s my negative review. The property was clean and the food was ok. ”

“The pool was really cloudy and pretty small. The picture is a little deceiving. A lot of times, there was no one at the front desk. When we checked in we waited 20 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check us in. But-the rooms are super clean, comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. ”
