"Surprised that no one told us about the hotel airport shuttle. Also, hotels webpage says there is a concierge. There is not, but front desk did try to give us directions. Person who helped us get taxis – – believe his name was Kenneth or Keith– – was excellent! Housekeeping also did a wonderful job!"

"Hotel and staff were great. Very friendly and attentive to your needs. Short distance to Pier 39. Only comaint for me was the shower tub did not drain properly. Room was nice and clean, it was a short stay for us so did not get to check out the property throughly."

"This hotel has no staff on site. But they answer texts quickly and you check in electronically. Rooms are dated but very cute. The bed and pillows were comfortable. And you in a safe area and close to tons of restaurants and sites. Also the park across the street is pretty and we could see Coit Tower from our room. Windows open for fresh air."
