“As other reviews say, indeed the neighborhood is transitional, not a country club. But the unit itself was clean, cozy, and quiet. We felt safe and were impressed by all the details Tony provided to ensure our comfort. He was very responsive to communication and his good humor was evident in the helpful signs posted around the apartment with wifi code or other instructions. Although smart TV streaming services such as Netflix are not provided, that was a small tradeoff considering the other……

“This was such an excellent choice for a few days of R+R! It's super close to Park Circle and all of the cool little restaurants and shops. The space itself is open, warm and full of everything possible to make this a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfortable I'll be upgrading my own with the same brand! We loved that it was also fairly close to the beach and shopping. 10/10 would recommend Dave and Cat's super sweet little spot!”

“My friend and I stayed here for a music festival and it was a nice short drive from the festival and to the main strip! Nowhere was more than 20 mins away. Very clean place and the owner was super responsive. The lock was a little flimsy and we had to really pull the door to close and lock it fully otherwise you could push it back open easily.”

However, the inside was very well put together, updated, and was the perfect amount of space for my husband and myself with our 2 infants’ pack n plays. “The apartment was very clean and inviting. It is located 2 stop lights off of I26. The neighborhood is very busy at all hours yet the apartment was quiet once the door was closed. It should be noted that there is only a window unit to heat/cool the apartment so the bedroom doors must remain open for comfortable temperatures.”

So if you are looking for that there is only a small living room with limited space. We had 12 of us so it was a little difficult to do anything other than be in our rooms. “The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. ”
